Hello, I’m Eva
I’m a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and my passion is making people healthier so they can be the most vibrant version of themselves. I work with both women and men and I use a holistic whole body approach to wellness, integrating nutrition and lifestyle. We work on fortifying your health for high performance living, using a 360 degree approach.
I wholeheartedly believe that health and wellness is an absolute necessity in today’s world and my passion is supporting and guiding people to be healthier in all aspects of life.
In my program, we address all facets of wellness in addition to diet by looking at a person as a ‘whole’. We work on getting to the root cause of your health concerns and address them at the core so the body and mind can achieve a state of balance. When any facets are out of balance, our body is the first to react. When we look at a person from a holistic perspective, we look at the whole picture and identify the root cause, rather than just painting the leaves green or covering up the issues with medication. When our body is in a state of balance, not only does it fight off harmful invaders much quicker, it is also significantly stronger at preventing us from catching or developing any conditions in the first place.
I encourage and guide my clients to shift their behaviour towards healthier habits and help them implement a healthy lifestyle, daily routines and healthy habits that work and last.
My program focuses on:
Strengthening the immune system, increasing energy levels and sleep quality
Reducing stress and anxiety
Improving overall happiness and ‘love’ for life
Minimising illness
I trained at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, which is the world’s largest holistic nutrition school. I was really drawn to their philosophy of teaching the importance of Primary Nutrition – healthy relationships, physical activity, a fulfilling career, spiritual practice, creativity and other aspects before Secondary Nutrition – the food on our plate.
I studied over 100 dietary theories and I have been taught by world-class educators, physicians, researchers, doctors and nutritional experts. I have learned from incredible visiting teachers, such as Dr. Andrew Weil, David Wolfe, Dr. Oz, Dr. Mark Hyman, Deepak Chopra, Gabrielle Bernstein, Lissa Rankin to name a few.
My approach focuses on the importance of bio-individuality where one person’s food is another person’s poison, so in my program we work together to identify what works best for YOU.
As well as the power of nutrition, one of the many things we will cover are the healing powers of lifestyle medicine. I incorporate different ancient knowledge, wisdom and techniques including ayurveda, chakras, aromatherapy, meditation, feng shui, breath work and mindfulness as well as morning & evening prime routines for optimal results.
I am evangelical about health and well-being, for myself as well as for my clients. My aim is to guide you and share with you how you can take your health back into your own hands. I would love to be your guide in helping you achieve your health and wellness goals so that you can be the most vibrant version of yourself that you are destined to be.
