Welcome and about me…

Hello, I’m Eva

I’m a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach based in London and I help both women and men fortify their health by supporting and guiding them to make positive health and lifestyle changes for high performance living. I use a holistic 360 approach to wellness and look at a person as a ‘whole’, integrating nutrition and lifestyle. My approach is about nourishing your body, mind, and spirit and I encourage daily practices that nourish us on and off the plate.

I offer 1 to 1 Health Coaching sessions, Corporate Wellness programs, Wellness Retreats and Consulting. My philosophy is all about enjoying what makes you feel happy and healthy.

I believe in considering the physical, mental, emotional & spiritual aspects for optimal health, healing & well-being. As well as looking at diet and nutrition, I incorporate different ancient knowledge and techniques as we work on balancing all areas of your life, such as your relationships, physical activity, career, home environment, mindset, daily routines and much more as they are all interconnected and incredibly vital for achieving optimal health. This isn’t a strict diet or harsh rules; living in wellness is a way of life and should be enjoyed and savoured for true fulfilment.

My mission is to elevate your health and wellness using a 360 degree approach by giving you the tools that empower you to be in control of your own health.

My vision is for people to have knowledge, skills and techniques on how to be vibrant and healthy.
